2in1 RGB LED Headlight Bulb

This project involved the end-to-end design of a unique 2-in-1 RGB LED headlight bulb, engineered to deliver a bright white, road-legal headlight beam during vehicle operation while enabling customizable multicolor illumination when the vehicle is off. Designed from the ground up, the product integrates dual-function lighting into a single compact form factor, balancing optical performance, thermal management, and user experience. In addition to the product itself, I also designed the retail packaging, ensuring a cohesive presentation from unboxing through installation. The resulting design is protected by a patent and represents a distinctive innovation within the automotive lighting space.
